I am so glad we found this little gem! We sat right next to the big window so we could watch them prep. The pancakes here are so delicious. The pastrys have perfect filling to sweet ratios! I thought it was awesome that we could see them making the deserts in the back until we started noticing things they shouldn't be doing! I had breakfast here and ordered the Nova Scotia Omelette and Eggs Benedict—everything was delicious and very well prepared. The vanilla latte was also really good. The service was friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back for breakfast.

So, my wife and I actually went in this morning as we were up from Albuquerque and my wife really loved this place last time she went a few years ago. I'll start off by saying their pastries and coffee are *fantastic* and 100% worth it. That said, my wife ordered the chicken crepe and described it as boiled chicken mixed with eggs and mayo wrapped in a pretty well-done (ie; burnt) crepe... she didn't end up eating it. I ordered the cinnamon bun french toast and it was good, not fantastic but definitely good. The really bad thing was the sausage.. it was straight up pink and borderline raw
