Sarina★★★★★If you are visiting Santa Fe, you MUST come here. Sazon was the best meal I think I’ve truly ever had. The dishes were incredibly creative and unique, especially the Sopa de Amor and the signature dessert. We loved tasting the different moles, and the drinks were fantastic as well. Thank you to the chef for the best meal! We came during our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. We already cannot wait to come back!
Sid S★★★★★Delicious, unique, and flavorful food, and excellent service by Julian! The dessert - Dulce Sinfonía, absolutely cannot be missed. Putting that together is simply art that unravels as you take a bite. To start off, the molé tasting was a great experience and we enjoyed all of them. We ordered 3 cocktails - all good tasting. Similarly, everything we ordered to eat was great - the Soup, Kobe, and fish. Everything had such a unique flavor profile - impressively blending the dishes with New Mexican flavors. And the sever - Julian - was top! He was very knowledgeable with the menu and the drink
Mitchel Burnell★★I really wanted to enjoy this experience more than I did. The food felt overly experimental and not always cohesive with the Mexican theme of the restaurant. At times I wondered if my main dish, the shrimp enchilada, was more Italian than Mexican? The presentation of the food was good but not as refined as the atmosphere would lead you to believe. The service was….interesting. On one hand I am truly blown away by the care and attention the staff and owner took in making sure I had something gluten free. For that I am very thankful! However…the service at times became so overboard it was cringe
Caitlin G.★★★★We decided to pick some of the more unusual dishes and had a few winners. The huitlacoche mini tacos were incredible. We really enjoyed the base of the sopa de amor a lot, but the topping was a little too dessert-like and over powering. I'm a pretty big fan of moles and hot sauces but ended up not really liking any of the ones offered. I prefer different chilis from those used and a couple were far too sweet. We like trying really different dishes so we tried the cholula dish. I love sweet and savory/ hot dishes so I was pretty hopeful but this ended up being basically a dessert with meat.
