I have never had an experience this bad at any Taco Bell before. I ordered four Chalupas and two Fiesta Potatoes through the self-order kiosk for takeout. I also paid extra for add-ons to the Chalupas. When I got home, which is less than 2 miles away (about a 5-minute drive), I discovered that all four Chalupas were cold, as if they had come straight from a refrigerator and not heated well or were heated very unevenly. No longer my favorite Taco Bell in Silicon Valley. Uncomfortable seating and uncomfortable temperatures. It will get worse when the new superstore opens next door.

I dont know why bf goes to here. He orders some combo with Chalupa. The thing that is rip off is Nacho & Bean Dip And the Chips & Supreme Dip. The Nachos he got twice was $ 8 dollars and it hardly has toppings. I dont know why they are so cheap with the Bean Dip. It is like they hardly make any Beans so they dont have enough to put on the Nacho for $8 . Also, the combo they give him sometimes has bean burrito which hardly has any bean. Their beans taste better than the beef, but they always give you so little. I ordered Chips & Supreme Dip which is cheap...only 2.69 or 2.70 but it literally h
