Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle consistently gives small portions and poor quality. My burrito bowl was watery, and my wife’s salad barely had lettuce or chicken. After seeing other reviews, it seems like this is a management issue. I won’t be returning.

Horrible service, the manager closed the doors at 9:38 pm and there was a whole group of customers waiting to go inside (about 20 people) and they were declined service. The place is dirty and trash is overfill and all over the place. There was a hazard of a huge spill on the floor! This is horrible please do better!!!! A lot of ANGRY CUSTOMERS!

This annoyed me so bad that i’ve decided to leave my first review ever 😭. The people who work here will purposely mess up your orders as some sort of joke between themselves. I ordered a burrito with 3 ingredients and I received a bowl of sour cream. To make it even better, they’ve set up an automated phone call for “support” that will tell you it can do nothing and then hang up on you, so I had to save my bowl of sour cream and wait until AFTER my shift to go and get my order fixed, to which the employees just scoffed at me. I’ve been to many chipotles in many areas… This one by far has been the worst. I placed my order on their app and got a rice bowl with chicken and steak… Food was cold. Portions were small and there was barely any meat. It was primarily all lettuce and my order was 20 minutes late. Horrible service and experience.
