From the logo to the décor, every detail feels intentional, and that same care clearly extends to the food. We had the yucca and sausage, short rib croquettes, pastel, picanha skewer, chicken parm, and the tapioca bites — every dish was thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully executed. Simple ingredients elevated by great technique and seasoning. For dessert, we tried the dulce de leche crème brûlée (insane good!) and completely ventured out
