The best breakfast south of the river! We’ve enjoyed many breakfasts here. The Windmill may not look like much from the outside, but the great food, reasonable prices, and terrific service keep us coming back. The family owned business knows how to efficiently operate their restaurant, always serving hot, fresh food very quickly. We love their eggs, pancakes, and hash browns.

We had both breakfast and lunch in our party and both were fantastic! And I don’t know that I have ever seen a more efficient staff. Babe moved in concert with one another at every turn. They should all be really proud of how hard they work. I would have sat around just to watch them if they didn’t need the table. We visited on a weekend morning and waited maybe 15 minutes, but that was reasonable bc it was very very busy. It was completely worth it. I don’t know if they do reservations or call ahead, but we will investigate the next time we’re there.

Great little joint. My parents used to go there regularly before my mom passed. I was really in the mood for breakfast but hashbrowns Ala cart were $4. I opted for the Patty Melt with fries. I was asked how I wanted my burger done to which I said Medium Rare which I knew wasn't gonna happen, and I was right. Not a lick of pink what so ever. The fries were good and hot. They have a light batter on them. Very tasty. I was delivered the lunches for the table to my left even though I was a solo person. And later, delivered the to-go chilli for the table to my right. I'm not sure the have or unders

Doesn't look like much but awsome service and great food. Cinnamon rolls are absolutely huge.
