My friends had an extra ticket to Proctors and asked me to meet them at Simone's before the show. I had never heard of Simone's but the link they sent said "Mediterranean inspired" food-- well, that felt incredibly timely since I had just returned from a month-long immersive trip through Turkey & Greece. I was already missing the food and told myself I'd need to actively search to find a Greek or Middle Eastern place in the Albany area that served some of the dishes I had grown to love. We absolutely loved it here. Fresh, healthy ingredients. I had the chicken shwarma bowl, my son had the create your own bowl. The staff was so helpful and nice. Atmosphere.. clean and bright. We can't wait to stop by again.

I got the Greek meatball and the chicken shawarma bowls and they were absolutely 10/10 . It was all cooked to perfection and very delicious. The sauce is amazing as well as the friendly staff. Has nice comfortable seating and the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing so I highly recommend this place. I will be coming back for sure
