I am a frequent customer at this location. I always request for my fries to be fried as a special order. The team members are receptive to order requests. On several occasions Brandon has made sure that I receive my order as requested. As such, this makes my dining experience most pleasant. The food is fresh, hot and delivered with a smile. Thank you to all Culver's team members for providing good customer service . Kudos to Brandon!☺️

Had a bad experience waiting for my carry out. Called and spoke with owner who said he wanted to make it right. Said he would mail me out some coupons to give them another chance. I said ok. That was 2 weeks ago. This says alot for management. I just got a random survey request on my last visit to Culvers. I made sure I let them know about the bad customer service and also how I spoke with owner who wanted to rectify what happened 3 was ago. Have not heard back from him.since. I think I will call the corporate office just to let them know what happened.

05/14/2026.: I ordered thru Culver's app tonight as usual . When spouse arrived to the restaurant he was told they were out of Potato bacon soup we ordered , but I saw it in the app menu. If you're out of something remove it from the menu!! We were asked to choose from two other remaining soups, which we did (my husband was picking up the order,and he consulted me over the phone), although we were not big fans of those other soups.
