Started coming to this location after the Schertz location was lying and limiting specialty kolaches. This location is great! Nice staff, fast and friendly service. They also almost always have everything in stock! I love Shipleys and this location is definitely my go to even though the Schertz location is closer this UC location is 10x better hands down. Food is always fresh and warm too!

The display of donuts I seen that Sunday morning made me glad I choose Shipley... we only got a 1/2 dozen but the selections was hard. We did fine a new family favor.... maple 🍁 dipped! Close second was the coconut dipped donut.

I rarely eat doughnuts because i prefer to eat healthy. However, we all can use a doughnut to brighten our day. I ordered two glazed cake doughnuts. I got home and threw both in the trash. The doughnuts were not fresh at all. The doughnuts tasted hard, old, and dry. I asked the window agent if the doughnuts were fresh and she said...yeah made this morning. No worries...won't be back. The food or bag smelled like cigarettes. Price. $3.20

Deceptive pricing. Their online menu said a dozen donuts was $9. And door dash was $12. I was charged $17 plus tax plus tip! I spent $23 on a dozen half glazed and half chocolate iced. I will definitely not coming back. Royal donut down the road is fresher and better pricing!
