Our group of 16 gathered under two reservations. I ordered the Caesar salad, short ribs, and double chocolate cake, as the trio offering of appetizer entrée and dessert. It was like getting the dessert for free. Everything was superb! We all received our food quickly and piping hot. I didn't need a knife to cut the rib meat, as it was tender and juicy. The side of Mexican style street corn, was spicy and delicious. This was my first visit to Roaring Fork, but definitely not my last. Great food, service and overall experience.

I guess I should have had a burger and fries, that seems to drive many of the reviews. I arrived at the Scottsdale location at 5 pm, the bar was slammed but the dining area was just getting going. I was seated by the pass shelf where the food is picked up. There was a manager expediting tickets and while I know he saw me, as did several others picking up food, after 5 minutes of not being greeted other than a busser dropping me a water I finally had to ask if there was a waiter for this station.
