We had breakfast there this morning and it was wonderful. The service and the cleanliness of the restaurant was certainly a bonus. I had their Reuben and french fries, which were not frozen. My wife enjoyed the oatmeal with berries and fruit because we're over 65 the coffee was free.

Good place for breakfast with standard options, plus some extras like apple fritters and german pancake, which we didn’t try but maybe next time. Five of us had the biscuits and gravy, waffles and french toast. Everyone enjoyed it. A bit pricy, but everything is these days, so on par. I would say average is going to be $25/person out the door.

For as old as it is, its still a good 'ole restaurant. We were so hungry I forgot to take photos of the food. It is good stopnif you are in the area and the pancakes hit the spot. I am glad it survived all the new construction too. The old Boeing phots are really cool too.

We wanted a place to brunch before taking Mom to the airport. Pancake Chef was amazing! We wanted something local and found it! The nw crab omelette was spectacular, next time I'll request less green onions and add cheddar cheese but that's just a personal touch. I'd love to know where to get the sourdough because that toast was the best! Pancakes were incredibly fluffy. I wish I was local because so many of the dishes we watched come out of the kitchen looked and smelled fantastic. Highly recommend!!!
