KEN-chan★★★★This is a Hawaiian restaurant in Uwajima-ya, King Street. I ordered the combo of teriyaki chicken and kalua pig. The amount is very large; not only rice but also chicken and pork. Teriyaki is much sweeter than Japanese, but tasty. I'd like more vegetable if possible.
Blue Steel★★★★In the Uwajimaya building in Seattle off the 1 line in the food court. Got the Katsu Moco Loco. The chicken katsu was crisp and tender. The brown gravy made it sweet. Get the macaroni salad on the side to make a nice contrast. Oh the sunny side egg was good too. Not a fan of the white onions. It was too big and wasn’t grill enough. But good for a meal after shopping for manga and Japanese groceries.
Tati A.★★★My husband and I ate here on May 17, 2026. He got the chicken katsu which was quite good but the rice was mushy. I had the katsu musubi, the rice was also mushy, and the chicken was unfortunately overcooked, and the chicken grain was oriented the wrong direction, making this difficult to eat. Service was quick and good selection of drinks.
Drixie Patdu★★★★★I went here to eat a while ago and had the best experience. I ordered the short ribs and it was very delicious, it was also made quickly and the service was great. The cashier, Demi, had excellent service! I asked her for recommendations and she was very thoughtful on her responses, she was a great cashier! 10/10 Would come back!
