Aplih A★★★★Cafe Bambino is a small, mom-and-pop neighborhood café with a simple, take-out–style setup. It has a cozy, local feel that fits well into the surrounding community. There is a small patio area with limited seating, which is nice for enjoying your food outside when the weather cooperates, though it can fill up quickly. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they clearly care about their customers, which makes the experience more pleasant. However, service tends to be on the slower side, even when the café doesn’t seem very busy. This makes it less ideal if you’re stopping in for a quick bite or coffee on the go. Overall, Cafe Bambino is a decent neighborhood spot with charm and friendly faces, and it could benefit from faster service to match customer expectations.
John Preston★★★★★During a walk, I came across Cafe Bambino in the "Stumbletown" neighborhood in northeast Ballard. The café with a very noticeable large baby on the building opened in 1928. I thought "I must stop at this café with a big baby!" I took a dark roasted espresso that came with a cup of sparkling water. The coffee was delicious! The atmosphere and service were great!

Ryan Newhouse★★★★★Café Bambino is a cozy Ballard spot that serves tasty coffee and specialty teas. The warm, quiet atmosphere makes it perfect for enjoying your drink without the usual laptop crowd. Their pastries from Pufftown Bakehouse are especially delicious! With flavorful coffee, amazing pastries, friendly staff, and neighborhood charm, Café Bambino is definitely worth a visit!
Tim Mitchell★★★★★Born and raised North Seattle yet never been? Worth the wait. Order at outside bar yet still admire cut interior and appreciate friendly service. 5 star for this business being a cool icon of 65th Ave AND having kind people and seating. Definitely recommend
