This place is just around the corner from my GP, so I was really hoping it would be tasty when I went in today. Very pleasantly surprised! I ordered a turkey croissant with bacon and pesto, which exceeded my expectations on all levels, and the lady covering the counter was super friendly and personable. (She also let me know the pesto is made in-house - nice.) Most of the other food places in this area have terrible reviews, so I'm glad to have a reliable spot to treat myself after a doctor's visit. ☺️

Love this place! Staff is very nice, and it's a cozy place to hang out. This is the sister cafe of the Coffee Tree & Bop around the corner (that has amazing quality fresh-cooked food). Coffee tree is great for a quick cafe snack, sandwich and drink :)

The Turkey croissant sandwich was AMAZING 🤤. It truly felt like heaven in my mouth - specially if you like mustard! My bf made his own sandwich with double sausage and he was also happy. The vibes were good and I think the background music definitely woke me up more than my coffee (since I drink decaf), but luckily it wasn't loud but it was certainly upbeat house music. I would 10000% just come back for the food.

This is an archetypal ideal of a Seattle cafe: casual yet sophisticated, thoroughly moody and perfect for rainy days, soundtracked with a lot of '90s alternative music, perfect place for putting on your black turtleneck to go chat with a friend or work on your laptop or just hang out and enjoy the dimly lit atmosphere.
