i've been to deep dive many times and it's wonderful everytime. one of the best seattle bars. my partner had an alcoholic pack mule and i had a non-alcoholic may uprising. both absolutely delicious. we also ordered the focaccia (crisp on the outside, pillowy soft and warm on the inside), the cured coho salmon carpaccio (tangy, bright flavours) and the hama hama oysters (so fresh!). i love this place, and will bring back friends and family.

One of the most interesting cocktail bars I’ve been to in quite a while. Very moody and clever. Tried four different cocktails and each was so well crafted and original, I was truly impressed. If there was a cocktail rating I’d give it six stars. We snacked a little, so I don’t have a strong opinion of the food. I would say service was a little off, but that was mostly on account of them testing a new bar tender for a portion of our visit. Anyway, I’m definitely going back.

(Updated) I came back to Deep Dive yesterday because I really like the bar and the drinks. Unfortunately the experience this time wasn’t great due to the service from the manager. The interaction felt quite cold and unwelcoming, which was surprising compared to my previous visits. It made the experience feel uncomfortable. I still think the bar itself is great, but I hope the service side can improve. ———————————————— I would say one of the best cocktail bars I’ve ever been in Seattle. Even foods are better than i expected as well!
