Stopped by Midnight Cookie Co. at Pacific Place to grab a coffee and ended up having one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever tasted. I tried it with lavender syrup, and it was absolutely out of this world - smooth, flavorful, and not overpowering at all. Their menu also has cookies, ice cream, and other beverages, so there’s plenty to choose from. Didn’t get cookies this time, but if they’re anything like the coffee, I’ll definitely be back to try them. The Midnight Cookie Company offers a service inherent within the name - a cookie any time, all the time. At least until 1 am, of course. This adorable cookie shop has an array of cookies with standard coffee fares, which will delight anyone, especially when considering their affordable pricing. Standout decorations included their trivia board which, if guessed correctly, one can win a cookie. Furthermore, their cat and dog wall is a delight to admire while munching on a delicate yet well-balanced cookie. I ordered the birthday cake and PB cookies. They were pretty good. I do feel like the birthday cake had a slight aftertaste. I wanted to try the Ube marshmallow cookie, but I as too nervous after reading reviews of how other cookies were dry or with no taste.

Ordered a variety of cookies for delivery on my birthday. Treat yourself right. Tried a couple different favors/types. Honest review, they all tasted the same. Hard to tell the difference between each cookie except minor toppings. The chocolate chip was my least favorite and had maybe 5 chocolate chips in it. Tasted and felt dry and old not fresh baked. Maybe a couple days old I imagine. Reminded me of Safeway or qfc cookies from the deli which are ok but nothing great. I think they could try using a different recipe for each flavor instead of the exact same exact batter. Also Maybe more real
