Shaifa Hirji★★★The chowder here was SO good! We tried the sampler and everything was flavorful, comforting, and fresh. The corn especially was to die for — perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal. The only downside was that the service was extremely slow and seating is pretty limited, which was a little frustrating while waiting around. But overall, the food definitely made up for it and it ended up being worth the wait. We really enjoyed it and I would definitely go back again!
Ahmed Mahmoud★★★★Pike Place Chowder at Pacific Place was decent overall. I tried the fish and chips, and while it was good, it didn’t particularly stand out to me, it was just okay. That said, I’ve had a lot of fish and chips in the UK, so I might be a bit picky when comparing. The place itself was nice, and I can see why it gets good reviews, especially for the chowder, but the fish and chips didn’t quite wow me.
KEN-chan★★★★This is a very famous chowder store in Seattle. Around 5pm, not so crowded. I ordered the combo of clam chowder and a lobster roll. The chowder was creamy and so rich. The roll was filled with lobster and satisfying! The price is a little high for fast food, but worth trying!
Preeti Saldanha★★★★The Connecticut lobster roll was delicious and buttery but cost a pretty penny for what it was worth. I was definitely still hungry afterwards so would recommend the combo deal. $46 for one lobster roll is a lot and I feel like I could have gotten an upscale pasta dish for the price.
