Upon arriving at the drive thru order box, we were told that our order would take about 20 minutes due to some difficulties they were having. OK, that was no problem. We ordered 8 tacos and a Buttery Bacon Jack. We then pulled up to the window, as we were the only car in line at that time. We paid and sat there for 30 minutes before the cashier opened the window and said they were just 'waiting on the meat' for the burger, and would we please pull up, which we did, and where we sat for another 15 minutes before we started honking and the cashier hand-signaled at us to go around to the front of
