If I could give 0 stars I would. We are trying to go out of town to a state park to enjoy our Mother’s Day and thought it would be nice to bring sandwiches. Subway, according to anything on their app or online, opens at 9AM. At 9:55 I order our sandwiches. We arrive at 10:18. My husband goes in and they tell him sorry we changed our hours to open at 10 for Mother’s Day (this is not posted ANYWHERE, mind you) but our sandwiches haven’t even begun being made as they are just now getting all of the food out. There were 5 people ahead of me and they got their sandwiches. I ordered a 6” BMT and a 6” Steak Philly. An older lady was helping the group of 5 ahead of me and a big young man with black curly hair started on my sandwiches. At this time there were two people behind me. I didn't get anything to eat but it was raining out and they let me chill inside and charge my phone, super amazing people!! I was too shy to ask for names but it was this sweet bubbly lady Cindy!! and this super chill guy with curly short hair, 10/10 would come back just for them!

Old white lady says eww as soon as I walk in. says its gonna take a while then proceeds to get on her phone. She kept telling customers that by me ordering online it messed up her "flow". I was Respectful all the way through and she just kept her attitude for no reason. Didn't have a problem being polite to others. Maybe a race thing honestly don't know. Pray others don't experience this.
