COOPER HYDE★1 star. Went to Wendy’s on Highway 123 in Seguin this morning for breakfast and somehow they still managed to mess up a simple order. I ordered the maple chicken croissant and got handed a chicken bacon biscuit instead. Completely different sandwich. On top of that, I waited over 10 minutes just to get home and realize the order was wrong. By then my whole breakfast craving was already set on what I actually ordered, not some random substitute nobody told me about. If customers are waiting that long, the least y’all can do is make sure the order is correct before sending them off.
shingo russ★Came through the drive-thru ordered three double stacks with no pickle, they gave me three double stacks that were old with dry meat and crusty dry cheese. And there were no onions on my double stacks and double stacks are supposed to come with onions . Those burgers were old and had been sitting around for a while. I didn't even eat them
Brittany D★★★★Store was very clean and presentable. The cashiers were nice but a bit distracted/not with it. One of the cooks actually came up to apologize and say sorry we'll be with you in a minute having to pass two of the cashiers to do so. They were out of chocolate ice cream, which was a bit sad but vanilla was fine enough and it was made perfectly. So on a haul I'd have to say not amazing service but not the worst.
Darth Daddy★★I had a previously review where I gave this place high marks and praise. I just went back and it was horrible. The food was awful, and the staff not so friendly or accommodating. The way the manager talked to a man who complained about his fries was just horrid. So I just left and did not complain I dont need bad food and attitude. I am giving 3 stars for the young girl at the front register who made my wife a Frosty with the chocolate brownie mi because they were out of chocolate frosty as well as many of the drink options and the ones they had were not set properly. Absolute awful experience
