I placed a mobile order — specifically to skip the line and have my food ready on time — and still waited 30 minutes past my pickup time. That alone defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering. And after all that? I was handed a bowl that was visibly half full. No heads up, no apology, no offer to make it right. Just a short-changed portion handed off like I wouldn't notice. Mobile ordering is supposed to guarantee accuracy AND timeliness. Cava failed on both counts simultaneously. Ordered takeout. Servings were a bit under what was expected. They advertise a full bowl, but our orders were barely to the first line, even with many toppings ordered. I could easily count the amount of corn kernels and tomatoes added, which was disappointing. Some of the pitas included weren't a full quarter. Food was tasty at least. But for $12-17 per bowl, you expect a full bowl.
