Good overall experience at a higher-end restaurant with a nice selection of delicious sides. One note is that one of the sides is a very simple salad (just lettuce, a tomato, and dressing) and it is chosen for you rather than being an option. You only get to pick one side with your meal. It could also be a bit more substantial with additions like croutons or cheese. In my experience, restaurants in this price range often include complimentary bread or or allow two selectable sides, which feels like a more complete dining experience. Been to their sister restaurant in Colombia many times before the name change. Same concept and I believe same menu. Nice time. Mocktail options and great eats. Fair pricing in my opinion. We all got this prime rib steak ahaha.

Steak frites: steak was ordered medium rare but more like medium and tougher than expected. Fries were good and the dressing in salad as well. Pasta: nothing crazy. No unique flavor as the taste was driven mostly by the heavy cream, cheese and charred bell peppers. It was just meh. Overall, decent food and decent portion size. Drinks were good too.

I come to this Copper Canyon often enough and have never had a problem here. These 2 ladies are a disgrace to Copper Canyon. One name is Ashley and the other Iceice. They are the most unprofessional ladies I have encountered at this location. Iceice was my server and her presentation when she first approached me at my table was ignorance. If you are going to gossip about me at least do it where I can't hear you. She did not check on me as often as I have grown accustomed to, at this location, management had to assist me.
