Oh man… I just had the best shrimp Pad Thai of my entire life from here today, and I’m not saying that lightly. I’ve eaten a lot of Pad Thai over the years — the good, the “ehhh,” and the ones that taste like someone rinsed spaghetti in ketchup and called it a day. This one? This one was the real deal. First off, the flavor was straight-up perfect balance… that sweet, salty, savory combo that Pad Thai is supposed to hit — and it didn’t just hit it… it nailed it and kept going. You know how some places lean way too sweet, like you’re eating dessert noodles? Not here. This had sweetness, yeah —
