I frequent this McDonald's location because its close to my house. For a while they seem to have gotten better as far as service and actually getting orders right. But recently I noticed they seemed to be going back to their old ways. On this particular day, I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes and cheese on the eggs, instead they put cheese on the pancakes!!!! WHO DOES THAT!?!?! It'll be a while before I go back here

I want to start by first saying I cannot make this stuff up, I cannot believe this happened, and actually had me react out of my character and caused me to react to such stupidity of the staff, if I could I would give them no stars; today at 446pm, I visited the Warrensville center rd McDonald's and ordered 2 Filet-O-Fish sandwiches and 2 medium fries. When I received my order and checked the bag, there was only 1 Filet-O-Fish and 1 medium fry inside. This was supposed to be the “good” McDonald’s near me. I decided to revisit ordering from McDonald’s tonight after a long break and going to this one just now made me regret it. First of all, the fries I got were pathetic and stale despite the fact that in the couple minutes I stood inside waiting I saw they were actively prepping a fresh batch of frozen fries to be cooked. I ordered extra diced onions and extra pickles on my burger, not only did I not get extra pickles but there were BARELY any diced onions. WARNING: Don't use the outside drive through. The staff will let at least 5 cars go through the inner kiosk before you get to order. This has happened to me the last 3 times I tried to go via the outside drive through lane.
