Memorial day evening i wanted to order from here but no one wanted to come to the front counter so I left and got taco bell across the street. Don't keep the lobby open if your staff can't get to the counter and just wants to talk Spanish in the background. Maybe get a kiosk. Adios senoritos!!! Yo quiero taco bell!

Was going to leave a bad review because every time I would go here they would get my order wrong, but it turns out that the app ordering system just works differently than most others. Food is good, staff is kind, but the drive through could use more decoration.

Can’t read an order correctly. Messed up out order royally. We ordered the steak burger with onion straws on the burger and onion rings instead of french fries. We get our order and the freaking onion straws aren’t on the burger at all and our onion rings are on the burger. Apparently literacy seems to be an issue here as this happens often. I called them and there was no answer so maybe literacy wasn’t the issue it’s that no one wroks there apparently.

Made a mobile order after work and came to pick it up, sat there for a few mins before a guy who couldn’t clearly speak told me they are closed. I was confused because that’s the only reason I come here since I work late. I asked if they were no longer 24 hours and the dude grumbled something and I guess refused to talk any further when I asked him what he said. I should get my refund from app but it says 5-7 business days which is ridiculous when the order was cancelled less than 10 mins after it was made.
