The first time I went, I was given three individual burnt burgers—so burnt they were inedible. I decided to give the location another chance tonight, and unfortunately, the experience was just as bad. This time I dined in and ordered a deluxe cheeseburger with an extra slice of cheese. I like that there’s separation between the tables a bit so you don’t feel like you’re sitting in a big cafeteria right next to somebody else eating, although with all those tables available it still is hard to find a seat because at least 50% if not 75% of the tables are typically dirty with food crumbs on them from the people who have eaten before. I would say the atmosphere is your typical fast food atmosphere, the service is kind and connected, the food is good, slightly above average, but the cleanliness is bothersome and needs adjusting.
