This place deserves zero stars. When I ordered an eight-piece bucket for $10, I was utterly disgusted. Three long and thick feathers were sticking out of one of the thighs, omg. That evening, I called the manager right away, and she seemed incredibly nonchalant . After putting me on hold for fifteen minutes, she eventually agreed to offer me a replacement or a $10 refund. I threw all of the chicken in the trash that night. We returned for a refund the following day, the manager, if she was actually the manager was so obnoxious . Went in after a 12 hour day in my own restaurant looking for a good meal through drive through at 6:00pm. The food was great. Sand bagged and ready in a minute flat. Exactly what I wanted. The lady working the microphone was incredibly impersonal. Didn’t give a crap at all. She closed her window with no cars behind me in 3 seconds flat after handing my food. I finished saying “thank you very much. *closes the window* and I ended up saying “Have a great rest of your service.” to myself. I got 0 hospitality coming here tonight and as an industry professional running other people’s restaurants

I ordered from this KFC location on doordash. Not sure whats going on with the employees there but the supervisor needs to change alot over there . I love KFC chicken but they always do something wrong. I ordered an side with the chicken I never received it, and they give u multiple options of different sauces I never got what I asked for either. I mean this is simple details for a simple 6 piece chicken order and I paid extra and never received my side and got the wrong sauce!

So I go to kfc at least 3 times a week I love to come after work when I get off at 10 at night and grab me a 4 piece chicken meal and its usually great I’ve had one issue and they resolved it but now Ive had another issue and it’s crazy tell me why I went to KFC last night and your out of chicken your out of legs and wings in regular and crispy i would not recommend this kfc to anyone there’s so many better ones there the people in the drive through are rude as hell always trying to rush you and if you wanna be told what to eat because there Out of everything this is the one to go to.
