Went here with my family on Easter. I ordered the 9$ box Got a 7$ box and went to the counter to let them know I didn't get the other sandwich. I even offered to give the box back. One employee asked if I just wanted the second slider and I said yes. Then the manager steps over, wearing a hoodie with her uniform and name tag covered taking over the situation. The manager said "no I can't give out food you didn't pay for but I can sell you another sandwich." Can I get the sandwich I paid for?? Chicken doesn't seem fresh, either all day old or just under cooked while some looked over cooked. Chicken was hot at all and wet. I couldn't eat it. I refried it in deep fryer, but mentally after all the money spent on this very disappointed meal. Chicken needs to be fresh. Got ur hot wings yesterday. Practically inedible overcooked and disgusting. Biscuits hard as a rock, noticed no one was wearing hair nets or gloves?? Never eat here again.

Ordered 40 dollars worth of food from here the other night. 2x 5 piece tenders and a large mashed potatoes. They forgot to include the mashed potatoes. They did throw in a bunch of different sauces because I couldnt decide which one I wanted to try. Well I called them up to let them know I didnt get the mashed potatoes. They took down my information and they replaced my entire order. The customer service was great. I didnt expect them to replace the ENTIRE order. KFC you did great!
