Usually , when I go in there and the young guy with black curly hair is working. I never have a problem but I went in this time. And it was an older lady with glasses and she is rude. I ordered no guacamole and extra sour cream. She got the no guacamole, right? But only gave me a single serving of sour cream and I mentioned about it, and she said, the extra sour cream is in there. It's in the plate and I looked again there's no extra sour cream, just a single serving. And the way that she said after I paid for my order. Okay, I will bring you outside to you. This establishment consistently gets orders wrong when I went in to talk about my order Yolanda was extremely rude and condescending she did not care to make anything right so I asked for a refund after her trying to get loud and be rude she ripped out a piece of paper that did not show a refund from her cash register and said she would process the refund a later time when her manager was there. Yolanda has consistently made going into this location a bad atmosphere and bad experience she has zero customer service skills and should not be dealing with customers untill she is trained on how to

Dang, Baja Fresh used to be a no-brainer. The quality has gone down so much. I would have been better off eating a Tina's microwave burrito. How sad.
