Many issues that need to be addressed. Let's start with the workers. The workers do a good job working together but I noticed some of the workers there have facial hair that needs to be covered when working around people's food and hair nets need to be mandated as well. The guy who took my order as of today Thursday May 21st kept rubbing his nose while taking my order and dealing with food that's unsanitary and not professional. Now to the food the fries were soggy the burger fell apart once I took it out of the aluminum foil and The salted caramel milkshake had bits in it which it should not

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with fries. It was slow so they had fries in a basket just hanging over the grease( for who knows how long). I watch the worker try to put on a piece of bacon; it was so old and over cooked that it just kept crumbling and he still jammed it onto my burger anyway. I said if that’s the only bacon you got I don’t want it( after I already paid for bacon). Another worker said sorry I wanted to make more but they said no. This was my first 5 Guys experience. I didn't realize when ordering a burger it was a double patty, and fairly pricey. Down the menu column single burgers are available. The size of the fries are ridiculously large. Had I known, I would have shared an order with my wife and still had too many fries.

I have not been eating take out for a while and everything that isn't good for me is not tasting great... so that could be why I wasn't enjoying the food as much. I had a hotdog and fries. They were good but not great for the price. The Reese's shake was pretty good. The workers were absolutely awesome and the restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere!
