We had such a wonderful experience at Cafe Navarre! Our server, Scott, was absolutely fantastic—so attentive and knowledgeable. I have a dairy allergy, and he took the time to carefully guide me through the menu and make sure everything I ordered was safe. I enjoyed the Navarre salad made dairy-free, along with the shrimp cocktail—both were fresh and delicious. For my entrée, I had the Branzino with lemon ash sauce, and it was incredible! The drinks, food and atmosphere were really amazing! Very high quality! A bit expensive but definitely worth it! Gluten free items were marked on the menu with multiple options! I had no reactions to anything I ordered. The caprese was so good, the tomatoes and burrata were so fresh and juicy! The Teres major was new to me so I had to try it! Cooked perfectly and had great flavor! Shrimp were also cooked perfectly! Biscotti was not GF but the rest of the affogato was!

I came back two nights in a row. That should tell you everything. Café Navarre sits inside a former bank, with vaulted ceilings and amber light catching on ornate plasterwork. It is a beautiful room filled with great music: Sinatra, Dean Martin, Diana Krall. Before anything else, the bread arrives. It’s warm, and the butter is divine and semi-smoky. You could come here, order nothing else, and leave satisfied. Let’s walk through both nights: NIGHT ONE Short rib pappardelle. Braised beef, pulled and yielding, folded into wide ribbons of pasta that were clearly made by someone who cares. Le
