I went here today and it was pretty much like the other locations except for one thing. The woman working the counter provided very poor service. She went out of her way to point out the tip option to people paying, but when I mentioned that the napkin dispenser was empty, she said to wait until the line was cleared. I considered removing the tip, but decided against it because I didn’t want to stoop to that level. I guess I will just have to use my sleeve as a napkin.

Very unpleasant experience. We were told to leave while waiting for our friend to get her drink (which by the way took 10 minutes despite there being no line), when the cafe was mostly empty. As we exited, a staff member was heard bragging to another staff member that they kicked us out for being “so loud and annoying”. This was inaccurate and inappropriate, as we were having a normal conversation at a respectful volume. We were courteous throughout, yet the staff acted childish and rude. I honestly was thinking it was a cute cafe but now I will definitely never return.

I can’t say enough about the great atmosphere and kindness of the staff. Every time I order there is so much care that goes not only into making delicious drinks, but that the entire experience is great. Today Tyler hooked it up with an amazing latte! Thank you!
