The employee at Winchell’s was acting very unprofessionally. He doesn’t seem interested in doing his job properly. We came here for good food, not to be insulted. His behavior was disrespectful and unacceptable.

My family and I wanted to enjoy some donuts Sunday afternoon. The donuts tasted a bit old but the big surprise was the blue one my son got. Behind the glass it looked normal but when we left and opened the box it was the flattest donuts I’ve ever seen. Wish we seen him box it.

Alexi was pleasant, polite and helpful! I needed a plain donut for my mom and she found it for me. She’s knowledgeable and efficient as well! The company really did the right thing in hiring her! She deserves a raise! She went straight back to work after she rung me up for my donuts! I’ll be back again to this Winchell’s! 🍩👍🏼

I’ve started visiting this location often because of the friendly staff, the quality of the food, and the regulars. I notice only one or two employees manage the shop, but they still do a great job of getting people fed. 🙂 The pepperoni pizza bagel transported me back to childhood. Delish!
