Kim Kirksey★My first time at this location and it's been decades since dining at Arby's. I ordered Philly cheese steak 1/2 lb, white cheddar Mac and cheese. The manager had to help the cashier find an item on the register. He was rude and angry looking and spoke in a nasty manner. Everyone looked like they did not want to be there and treated customers like they didn't want us there either. The food was hot. Horrible experience.

This place is awesome for a snack or meal deal! Go there because it is a big hug on a very cold day!
Lori Schmidt★The shift manager that took ourborder barely spoke to us and when she did you couldn't even hear her. Store was dirty, had to wait at the counter for her to take care of everyone else after we got our food just to get salt, our beef n cheddar sandwiches weren't even warm not hot not warm, hardly any cheese at all. I asked if I could get extra cheese for them and she wanted to charge me $2.12, however the sandwiches that got made after ours had plenty of cheese. Now I could say it was because I was white but I don't really know if that was the reason so let me not just assume!
Tammara★Bought Beef and Cheddar Classic, Beef and Cheddar Double, Brisket Sandwich and 3 curly fries and 1large crinkle cut fry. The sandwiches weren't hot not even warm. The brisket barely had meat.The curly fries had 1 curly fry and a bunch of broken pieces of fries in all 3 curly fries. SMH. So today Friday December 9th 2026 we go there. Little man taking the order was rude. Get to the window pay. While we wait we watch him cleaning up getting closing ready. The manager is counting down the drawer on the counter where they bag the food! You count drawers in the office. He did not wash his hands or
