I’ve been coming to wake up call for over 6 years. So I know the coffee pretty well and how my drink looks when it’s accurate. Lately at various location I have had problems getting my drink to be made right. And even when I politely ask for it to be redone it’s still made wrong. Here’s the thing. I pay extra for it to be made the way I ask for it. When someone buys a latte they get charged more and you as the barista should make sure there’s proper amounts of milk to create a latte. I don’t understand why I’m being skimped on milk when they clearly see latte on the order and even write it on

Coffees, breakfast, and pup goodies is a special treat for us that we splurge on including tipping well. It’s pricier now, $20 just for 2 coffees. They’re out of breakfast items by 8am. Watching the barista anticipate their tip with the card system as it seems to give you no other option but to tip is ridiculous. It’s very unwelcoming when we tip the barista outside who took our order and then tip at the window to get our order. So now we go there less. When we do go, we pay and tip in cash.

Honestly I don’t normally complain the staff was very nice, but I was headed to work in a rush I spent 16 dollars and tipped two. When I got to my drink (mad hatter) It was one of the worst I’ve ever gotten. It was very watered down and tasted like when the soda machine is out of syrup. I will fix my review if it’s made right.

The drive-thru line isn’t moving. They have one person taking orders, but inside it seems like there isn’t enough staff to actually complete them, so the wait time is ridiculous. I don’t understand why they have an electronic sign displayed saying they’ve been awarded the best drive-thru in Spokane, because that’s nowhere near the truth. They have a lot of room for improvement.
