This store always takes advantage of my Grandpa . He just left and told them small on my order again. And they upsides the order , taking advantage of older people is terrible . Maybe if you have someone on Drive thru that can heard and process the correct order ! As you can see they don’t know how to hear or fill an order as ordered .

I never use drive thrus so I can't comment on that. I have one issue with Wendy's. I'm not sure if it's all Wendy's or just this one, but it's infuriating to me. The food is cold. I don't understand how this isn't an issue for more people. The patty, barley warm. The cheese, nowhere near melted. The bun and the tomato, almost ice cold. Its just terrible. And thus isn't just once in a while, it's everytime for me. I even asked if theres a way to make it hotter and they said yes they will make it fresh...... Yeah okay, fresh out of the refrigerator.

They overcook the hamburgers every time and apparently put them under a heat lamp for good measure just to make sure your food is completely dried out. Go to a different location that actually cares about quality control and its products. This location is the worst.

I went through the drive thru,and my food was correct when I got home. Everything was fresh and they read my order back. They were nice.
