Took my order for pickup which was two fish sandwiches. Service was friendly but the food is AWFUL!! The fish as you can see is black and burnt, and it has a bitter taste from the edges on BOTH sandwiches. A very unfortunate experience which is gonna keep me away from Carls Jr for sure!!

March 9 around 7:30 PM, we went through the drive-through and placed our order with a gentleman. While we were ordering, I could hear a lady in the back complaining through the headset about our order being large. She was talking over the mic and sounded very frustrated and rude the entire time. What made it worse was that our order was incorrect. Instead of putting the correct burger in the bag, she used the wrapper for the burger we ordered but placed a completely different burger inside. Best carl’s jr in town! I’ve been coming here for 17 years with my husband and i’ve been to every carl’s jr almost but this one is close to us. I come here every morning to get me and my husband biscuits and gravy and some biscuits! Sometimes we are a bit lazy to cook and come for lunch HaHA but the food is always fresh and the service is so spot on! The manager Marlene is very nice and attentive! She always check up on us and makes sure we get the best customer service. if you are close to this location come here you won’t regret it!

This young sir was very dismissive and inattentive during the ordering and picking up process. I repeated myself twice during my order, he never repeated my order and he got it wrong after i checked the bag. I brought it to his attention and he said “no you didn’t, it’s not on your receipt, you ordered the double western burger with a powerade but i actually didnt.. i ordered with an arnold palmer and a waffle fry.. i told him and why is that my fault you didn’t repeat my order to make sure it was correct?? He walked away after arguing back and forth with me about it not being on the receipt.
