If you're craving an authentic and soul-warming meal, Ramen Tatsu is a must-visit. From the moment the food hits the table, you can tell they prioritize quality and traditional techniques. We went all out on the appetizers, and they did not disappoint. The gyoza had the perfect golden-brown sear, providing a satisfying crunch before getting to the savory filling. The takoyaki was beautifully presented with a nice drizzle of sauce and mayo, and the chicken karaage was exceptionally crispy on the outside while remaining juicy inside, served with a fresh lemon wedge and a side salad. Fast friendly service. Nicely decorated interior with cute little ramen vendor dioramas on the walls. Great ramen with big portions! The Japanese fried chicken was good, too; especially with the spicy sauce served (after requesting a sauce). A small salad was served with it, very tasty. The mango macaroon is exceptional! Very nice visit. Decent prices.

My favorite ramen shop in the Vegas metro area. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I base a lot of my expectations when it comes to ramen off of Ramen Tatsu. I'm from Arizona, so whenever I touch down in Vegas, I make it a point to come here. My go-to are the spicy miso ramen, takoyaki, and takowasa. The noodles are cooked just right, the broth looks and tastes delightful, and the overall atmosphere allows me to confidently recommend this place. Staff are kind, helpful, and provide excellent service. You will not be disappointed. 5/5.

I went to Ramen Tatsu for the first time recently, and I was really impressed. First off, I loved the interior—super cozy and unique. The wall art featuring different restaurant-style figures gave the place a fun personality, and the tables felt like something you'd have at home, which made the whole experience feel warm and comfortable—like I was eating in someone’s dining room. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen with extra toppings: spicy bean sprouts and a boiled egg. Honestly, I was surprised (in a good way) at how spicy it actually was! I love spicy food, but it’s rare to find a Japanese spot
