“Wendy's is my new favorite. I love the biggie bundle.. jr bacon Cheeseburger & double stack no onions are my favorites. No tomato no lettuce. I only go Rock Springs and Lake Mead. The Th/Fr crew is top notch. I hope i can get the same service at other shifts and location.”

“I ordered the Cobb salad. It was horrible. The egg was mush and tasted like chemicals. I threw it in the garbage. The lettuce was flimsy and soggy. There is no way this was fresh.”

Dirty frying oil leading to digesting chicken sandwiches. Service was OK. Had to wait a bit to get the order complete... which could explain why the chicken for the sandwiches was overcooked and grease logged. This particular location is always bad. That being said. The location by Desert Breeze Park is always good and on point.

Ordered ahead so it would be ready or at least they know what they have to make. I ordered a deal from the offers on there mobile app Asiago Ranch Crispy Chicken. Selected drive thru after leaving target. Took about 12 minutes to get there so surely it should be ready. Pull up to the drive thru tell them mobile order pick up my initials because that's how they do it ... I'm told I need to come inside. ??? I go inside it's pretty dead like normal here... But I view about 6 employees standing around doing nothing. One finally ask picking up? Yes mobile order she says oh I must of handed it out wrong because I've got nothing here. I state it was for pick in drive thru but I was told to come inside. Drive thru guy says it's for door dash.... I say no it's not it's for me my mobile order the lady in the back I'm working on it almost ready waiting on chicken. Ok cool. She wraps them up they get bagged. I'm thanked I said thank you. I proceed to drive home orders is wrong.i ordered 2 Asaigo R

It was the worst experience I've ever had at ANY Wendy's ever!! The staff did NOT care about anything. The place was absolutely filthy and definitely wouldn't pass an inspection. The bathroom was extremely gross. It doesn't look like it has been cared for or cleaned in forever! (Unfortunately, the pictures don't show the pure level of dirty) And on top of that, the food I got was a little raw in the middle, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I am so frustrated with this location, I can spend 20 or literally $60 at this location and they screw something up every time. Two days in a row they have missed a whole item. Yesterday they missed a whole chicken sandwich, today they missed a my salad and request for chili sauce and crackers with my chili. There is never a rush, so what leads to the not paying attention CONSTANTLY.

The person who took our order was great. One of the sandwiches we ordered was the crispy chicken with no modifications. This was the tomato on the sandwich. I seriously laughed for a solid minute because someone really put the veggies on and was like yeah, that’s the right amount of tomato. At some point just leave it off man.
