First time here and it was very nice place. Seated as soon as we walked in, chips and salsa came out shortly after and drinks followed. My wife said the salsa was good so I know she won't mind coming here again. Looking over the menu they have a large selection of food which was a plus. I got the Carne Guisada and it was very good, the beef tips were large portions and very tender with great flavor. My wife got the Chicken Diablo, which was equally delicious. The bacon was too a crisp but still not crunchy with a sliver of jalapeño. Service was with a smile. I'm surprised I've never come here

Always great and fast service...food is Tex Mex.. always good but not Mexican... Ice cold frozen beer mugs make it all better!! Worth a visit if I'm the area.. just my opinion...ks

Las Cascadas is fairly decent all things considered. The food was pretty good, however, they didn't have aguas frescas. So if you're looking for aguas frescas you won't find anything here except Jamaica (hibiscus). Aside from that the service was fine and I have no complaints.
