Waited over 20 minutes around 6 pm for a basic meal, only to receive cold, stale fries. No apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Plenty of ketchup and napkins were included, but that does not offset the cost or the mismatch between wait time and food quality.

If I could give zero stars I would. The night staff is the worse staff ever. I never have any issues during the day. Tonight I ordered fresh food patiently waiting 7 cars past by and I’m like what’s going on. It doesn’t take 30 mins for fresh food. The manager Pablo came out very rudely. It was giving very much you want fresh food ima make you wait extra long just because. He did not want to give me the district manager number either. His customer service was a 0/10. The whole experience was horrible. I stay 4 mins away and I rather driver the extra 10 to another whataburger next time!

Worst fast food experience of my life. Waited over an hour for a Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich Meal. I was treated with nothing but disrespect, and was not taken seriously at any moment before speaking with the manager. Will not be coming back to this establishment and I recommend you make the drive to bojangles down the road. Or even the next whataburger. I asked about my food 5 times before something was done about it. If I could give 0 stars I would.
