There's a hole in the roof right over the entrance. Clearly several weeks if not months. Big hole, room enough for a Lab or small bear to call home. Sweet lady taking our order said "what? Oh, someone else said the same thing. I'll tell my manager... if she doesn't already know..." most of the dining room fountain OUT. Worried if vendors have put this unit on cash only basis? Meats not evenly placed on roll. Instead 70% poked on one side 30% buried in lettuce. Not a proud together Schlotzsky's. Whatta shame how they've slipped

My pizza was cold in the middle. I told the blue haired cashier lady and her only response was “Oh.” No apologies, no trying to make it right. Just, “Oh.” I wish there was an option to leave zero stars. Won’t be eating at this location again for a long time.

Don't let the outside of the building scare you away, the same delicious food you're used to from Schlotzsky's is still awaiting you inside. Friendly, hardworking staff and very clean inside. I'm glad I went.

My nephew worked here years ago. From Chicago i haven't been here in 10 years . I don't remember how the sandwiches We're back then so we ordered 3 sandwiches and they are really good.
