Ariana Dalton★★My husband and I ordered a gluten free pizza and a normal pepperoni pizza. We asked that my pizza be cooked well done and it was not and they didn’t cut my pizza through either. There’s a reason I ask for extra crispy because gluten free pizza already tends to not be crispy. Highly disappointed and my husband’s pizza also turned out super doughy.
phillip enkey★Ordered online and the tracker is a scam. It goes thru the process of making, baking, and ready but that's all a lie. I got there and online said my order was ready. Even the TV screen said my pizza was ready for pick up. But they hadn't even put it in yet. I told the supervisor and he just said "yeah I wish it was more accurate" like what? No apology? No future discount or free drink. They lie and scam and then don't do anything to make up for it. I won't be back.
Todd DeGroff★I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt three times in a row. They always ignore it when you order extra cheese. If they’re that concerned with saving money on cheese, just charge more. Congratulations. You lost my business over 85 cents worth of mozzarella.
Natalie Jeffs★We ordered online. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and clicked the box for “cheese it up”. Then I realized they charged me $2 extra dollars for that. So I went into edit and removed the cheese it up check. I was sent a pizza completely burnt and without any cheese. Then when I called they said they can’t help me because I ordered online? Buyer beware.
