The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because the manager was really good. The server was terrible he was sitting on his phone we couldn't get water. He didn't want to bother bringing a craft of coffee he brought 2 cup of coffee they were cold. When we bothered him from his phone and asked why don't we have a craft and this coffee is cold, he finally brought one . My omelet was RAW I took a bit the meat and toppings were cold and I had a mouth full of raw egg. The cheese was not even melted. The manger came he was kind and offered to make me another omelet. This place needs to be shut down. You know when you walk into a place and can just immediately tell the people just don’t give a crap? Well, this place is it! We saw another server’s hair touch the plate with someone’s food and she placed the food on the customer’s table, no problem. We were flabbergasted. Our server barely cared about us and took forever to return to the table for anything. He didn’t offer refills. My omelet came out cold, my hash browns were burned and inedible. My husband’s food was cold with pieces of American cheese not even melted onto the eggs and the pancakes were raw

Me and my daughter had a really bad experience at this location but Jose the GM reached out and invited us back to give them another shot and gave us a great waitress named Laura that took very good care of us and made sure to make up for the corn dog server that turned us away the first time. The food was great and the service was awesome, we will definitely be back.

I asked for more strawberry syrup and the manager didn't want to give me any. I had to tell him the reason I am requesting more is because I'm fat. He reluctantly brought some out and I left. I get home and it's not even strawberry syrup ☹️ I go to IHOP specifically for their strawberry syrup. I didn't think I'd have to go through a fat shaming ritual only to be denied the one thing I want.
