If there's was a 4.5 that I'd be it. This is your description of a typical hole in the wall "SPOT". Very small feel like home setting, which gives you that authentic feel. That's for setting. As far as service and quality a solid 4 would be right. I've been here a handful of times and a 5 would be perfect which that is not to be the case. Expect big portions of beans and rice and endless refills and chips and salsa which by the way salsa is below average almost soupy. The main entrees have been fulfilling but not over the top. Oh and their horchata is good.🤙🏽👍🏽💯🫶 overall a good Mexican r

Last time my wife and I ate at La Casita was 28 years ago when they still had a dirt parking lot in back of the old house next to the restaurant. FF 28 years we found ourselves in Springville, Utah and decided to check it out our old haunt and see if our fond memories of the place still existed. 1st, our service was awesome, very attentive, got everything we asked for quickly. The chips and salsa tasted the same as I remember. The food wasn't as good as I had hoped. The quality was fine but the sauces were pretty bland. There are 100's more Mexican food options now in Utah from when back

We went there tonight. Pretty average Friday night, we’ve been there many times before. Shrimp fajitas came out in a tomato slushy sauce. Veggies were soggy. Chips and salsa still good. Service was not good. Server was nice but she forgot about us (my wife and I) while catering to two tables right next to us. We waited 20 minutes from being seated to ordering. No drinks refilled after meal arrived. And the place is hot. Don’t think they have AC. It’s summertime. Used to be top 2-3 in the state, now it’s average to below.

Me and my wife went with friends and the service was amazing. Someone asked if this was our first time and since it was brought us out a free cheese dip. The dip was great. They refilled the chips as well. The restaurant had a fun vibe. The food was good but the amount of cheese on everything was more than me or my wife like. the service was so great and the atmosphere was so fun that I will be going back. I will ask for light or no cheese, but that could be my own personal preference.
