This is the closest fast food place to our home and we are glad it's as good as it is. The workers are always polite and helpful, the parking lot is clean, and the food is always fresh. We usually just get breakfast (best breakfast biscuits around) but once in a while, we will get lunch. Their chicken tenders and burgers are great. This Hardee's is always busy, so take that into account when you read older reviews. We personally have never had a problem here.

Literally in disbelief, I waited for 20 minutes for a drive through order! That resulted in this! From the moment I ordered, it was "what do you want?" and absolutely no eye contact from the worker at the window or communication about why the wait is so long. But I get home and there's not even a burgerpatty on my order and the the bacon isn't even cooked through! I'm disgusted. It's sad how customer service has changed but even worse have to pay for this crap.

Walked in at4:15pm. The young lady with insanely long & fake eyelashes told me they weren’t serving anyone else inside. So….we drove over to Broad Street Burgers and had an AMAZING meal. Just saying thanks to that worthless employee at Hardee’s.

This is the Hardee's that we generally choose to go to in our area because the food normally is very good. As far as the service goes it always seems as if they absolutely do not want to take our order and it is a big inconvenience for them to take our order. Which actually is a positive because this limits the amount of times we go to Hardee's we would go way more if we felt like we were welcomed and they wanted our business so we rarely go out to eat for breakfast which saves us lots of money.
