dylan digiovanni★★★★★They screwed up my order, but the management made it right by replacing my food the next week. Anna was very nice and made the 2nd experience better. My only feedback would be to try to show the crew more about being precise and accurate so people dont have the same thing happen to them. I spent $40 worth of food and the girl at the drive thru window only gives me one bag. I guess its my fault that I didnt check but when they tell you to have a good day and dismiss you I trust that they are passing out the accurate order . Anyways, they fixed it so thats all that matters
Angela Taylor★We stopped in late night for custard. Big mistake. The dining room was closed, so we went through the drive-through. After ordering, we were parked to wait. A staff member eventually came out and *threw* our bag at us, then bolted back inside. No custard. Just fries. Five minutes later, still nothing. I knocked on the door. Staff made eye contact with me and actively chose to ignore me. The woman who threw our food finally appeared, waved me back to the drive-through line — the same long line I'd already sat in — instead of just walking ten feet to help me. I shook my head and gestured for
TaKeeya McKinley★★★★★Culver's in Sterling Heights continues to prove what it means to be an honorable, upstanding business. They stand behind their brand, their products, and most importantly, their customers. The staff is professional, respectful, and committed to making things right whenever needed. It's refreshing to support a business that values integrity, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Great food, excellent service, and a company that truly backs its reputation. Highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ben Jammin★★★★I eat at culvers all the time. Never had a bad order from any location. However I forgot to get mayo packets so I went inside and somebody has some bad BO. I'm not sure if it's the workers or not but I think it is. I appreciate the good food but I don't want stinky dirty people preparing it for me. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.
