These people couldn’t make a taco if their lives depended on it. Food was cold, order wasn’t correct. Found a hair in my quesadilla. Did online order 45 minutes before I showed up, still waited 30 minutes in the store to get my food. Kitchen looks disgusting, employees also. Would give zero stars if I could. Great example of corporate greed and lack of management. Pretty sure Stevens Point is considering zoning the Taco Bell property section eight.

The food was good, but the customer service was terrible. My friends and I placed online orders and had to pick them up via drive thru since inside was closed. As I approached the intercom, I said the names of our order and was rudely interrupted by another employee who spoke over the trainee telling me they were short staffed and told me I was only able to pick up 2 orders at a time. (we had 4 orders) I had to go through the drive thru twice to get all of my orders. Not the end of the world, but absolutely did not appreciate the attitude the trainer gave me when I was trying to understand the

We have eaten here many times as we like the food, but store is poorly managed. Kiosk orders only inside and workers are not allowed to take your order per management rules! More than once we have watched other customers leave after not being able to use kiosk. Tables and bathrooms are often dirty as well. Majority of workers are friendly but store is almost always understaffed. All things a good manager would or could take care of.

I have recently order #1, crunchy wrap, steak and cheese, 2 extra chickens chulupa, ask for extra sauce. Came to the window and woman working it only give us 5 pack of sauce. Ask her for more and she said she cant. Taco bells only good because of it sauce. Will not be go back. Fix that sauce problem im sure its not just me that are disappointed about the sauce shortage.
