I used to always come here and I loved their breakfasts. This morning I went there because I was craving eggs and bacon. I ordered one egg and a side of bacon with a side of wheat toast. The order came out quick and I was satisfied with the presentation. Of the food. I had ordered the egg over medium as I cannot eat runny eggs. When I popped the egg open for my first bite, the egg ran like a Boston marathon. I immediately lost my appetite and didn’t eat a bite of food. I asked for my check because I am not one to make a fuss. I did explain to the waitress and it was apparent that the food was not touched, I also explained it to the cashier and all he did was said he was sorry and explained that it happens sometimes. I paid and do not plan on returning which disappoints me that I was let down by a place that I really used to enjoy. I ended up eating at heirloom kitchen down the street. This place is okay, decent American fare and pretty big portions at decent prices. Service can be a bit hit or miss unfortunately. Atmosphere and furnishings are pretty simple, got kind of a fun casual log cabin feel, and it's mostly clean. Nice place for a casual meal alone or with the family, there's a little bit of something for everyone.

We went for breakfast. It was delicious. The waitress was prompt and got everything correct. Our food was made hot and full of flavor. The meals here are oversized. You will not leave hungry. The plates are heavy and always full of food. They offer everything from split pea soup to country fried steak and eggs. The booths are comfy, and the tables have nice comfy, sturdy chairs. You will love every part of this restaurant. They also offer dessert, but I can never order it since the food portions are so big. Overall, if you and your family want a down-home, great food restaurant, this is the place to go!

This is a great pancake house and has decent food for any time of day. My wife got the pot roast sandwich, my son and daughter got eggs and packages, I had the chicken fried steak omelet - everything was great. The service was prompt and our waitress was very helpful.
