I hate leaving one star reviews but this location is in my community and I really need it to get it together. Ordered 2 rice bowls, could barely make my way through one because the brown rice in both was undercooked - nearly raw - and covered in rice husks. I added a lovely picture of the husks I spit out.

I asked for extra extra cheese and she only gave me not even one portion so I had to ask again and she put cheese times three and charged me when she only put another little extra pinch after I had to ask her again. I’ve had people give me too much cheese and not even charge. Blonde hair in a braid with glasses.

Food may be good but the staff is terrible. The cashier (torta) was very rude and THROWING our food around. If I wanted crushed chips I would have asked for them pre-crushed. Not only that, but she seemed to be mad when we walked in because she was at a table studying for anatomy. I am sorry you have to do your job, but stop being rude and maybe you would enjoy life more.

It depends on the day here and who's working. I bought two burritos last week. The one I got in the evening was fantastic, despite the fact I chewed on a thicker piece of plastic for several seconds, I didn't complain things happen, right? Went ther Friday about 45 minutes before closing and it was terrible ended up with a hodge podge burrito because they ran out of meat, a young girl dropping toppings on in the middle if the burrito with not a care in the world. I didn't say anything but what sucks is I paid almost 22 for my burrito large chips and a large Guac. 2 days prior the sane burrito
